· Shipping

Most orders can be filled and shipped within one week. In the event that components need to be reordered, an order could take up to 2 weeks, although this is not usual. If many pieces are ordered at once, especially custom work, I will give you a detailed time line. Having said that, I like to get things out as quickly as possible. Please tell me if you have deadlines and I will be as flexible as I can. I use USPS Priority mail with insurance as a general rule, but special arrangements can be made for overnight shipping if the need arises.

· Measuring for Custom Orders

Proper measurement for custom orders is crucial. For wrist measurement, please use a flexible tape measure and measure the wrist below the bone, holding the tape comfortably around the wrist, no need to squeeze tightly. For necklace sizing, simply use a tape measure to determine your desired length.

· Jewelry Care

To ensure the long life and beauty of your jewelry, proper care is so important. Please avoid swimming in pool or ocean, showering or bathing with your jewelry on. Pool chemicals, salt, soap, etc. will weaken jewelry over time, as well as dull it's look. Please remove your jewelry when using household cleaning products. Please avoid getting sunscreens, body lotions or hairspray (especially) on your pieces by putting your jewelry on last, when everything is dry.

Jewelry care is also important. It is best to store jewelry in an anti-tarnish box or container. Necklaces strung on wire should be stored flat and straight.

To clean your jewelry, it is best to use a damp soft cloth and wipe gently. For pieces containing silver that is tarnishing, use a gentle jewelry polishing cloth on the silver components only. Should your piece become very tarnished, please contact me at tina@tinalangcreations.com and I will advise you.

It is advisable to have a bracelet restrung every few years if it is worn continually. Although I use the finest stringing materials, the nature of wire and silk thread is that it will weaken over time if it used continually. I am happy to do this for a nominal charge.

With proper care, your jewelry should last a lifetime.

· Customer Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is a priority. If you are not delighted with your order, I ask that you send me an email within 7 days prior to sending your package back and that I receive it within 14 days. Packages must be shipped back as carefully packed as you received them, well padded in a sturdy container. I recommend insuring the package as I will not be responsible for items damaged during return shipping. Regrettably, I will not be responsible for return shipping charges unless I have made an error.

· Guarantee

I offer a 90 day warranty on my jewelry. After the warranty period has expired, I will repair your jewelry for a reasonable fee based on what needs to be done.

· Custom Orders

Custom orders that are personalized are regrettably nonrefundable.
